HRC Publishes Homebuyers Brochure

    The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission released an informational brochure to assist homebuyers, Friday, February 17, 2000.  The brochure is part of the Commission’s goal to bolster community awareness of home buying processes, resources and impediments.

    The brochure, “Thinking of buying a home?  Here’s what you need to know! ,” explains the home buying process step-by-step, suggests information to gather before beginning the pre-approval process and tips for saving on homeowners insurance.  Also included is an extensive list of community resources for counseling and mortgage programs.
