The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission (LFUCHRC) is a neutral fact-finding agency that investigates alleged cases of discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation in Lexington - Fayette County, Kentucky. There is no fee for our services.
Beginning Salary Range: $25,140.77 - $34,669.79

The LFUCHRC is seeking candidates for an Investigator I position. This individual would perform routine investigations in employment, housing and public accommodations pursuant to Federal, State and Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Ordinances 199-94 and 201-99 under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director. This is an entry-level position.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology, Personnel, Labor Relations, Social Work or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Basic keyboarding and word processing skills also desired. Must be in possession of a valid driver's license or have the ability to provide your own transportation.
The LFUCHRC offers an outstanding benefit package which includes health, vision and dental insurance, retirement and three (3) weeks vacation and three (3) weeks sick leave per year.
